Yes, in order to send you the items, we need your personal data.

If you don’t like the proposed example, you can change the category coming back to the home-page or choosing another one form the list “other category”; instead, if you want to go on with the purchase, you can customize your creation, choosing the background and the possible addition of a phrase that we will put in the sticker (if you don’t want any sticker, please leave while the field).

Then, you can choose if you want to buy only the file (you could print it where and how you want or use it as you want), the rolled canvas or one stretched and mounted on a frame, so ready to hang it on your wall.

You can visualize the cart, clicking on the icon put on the right side of the page. You could see a preview of your purchase order clicking on one of the visualized items. Yes, it’s sufficient to set normally your purchase order and insert the delivery address of the being you wish to be sent. Then, you could write a message and we will write it on the ticket that we will enclose to the gift.

Our management will monitor that the photo complies the requested features and once approved it, it will start working on your portrait. When you send the photo (s), remember to indicate the order number to simplify their management.

The photo has to represent a Portrait of the face (preferably until chest) as the ones you make for the passport.

For couple portraits, both people must appear in a single photo.

The resolution must be at least 150 dpi for 600x800 pixels size.

Do not send files larger than 2 Mb.

The photo must be neither too light nor too dark.

Delivery costs are calculated from the Site considering the dimension and the materials chosen for the creation. The amount is indicated after inserting the items into the cart.

Considering the date of reception of your payment, in order to create/deliver what you purchase are about 7 days unless the express delivery delay.

Crearti.eu will send the package by express courier. When you’ll receive the package you have to sign the receipt, so if there is nobody at home, it will be left a notice in order to withdraw the package at the headquarters nearest to your home.
